Stack early wake-ups day after day. Miss a morning that isn’t a rest day, and the streak resets.
Compare when you woke up to when your alarm went off, across weeks and months.
Optional Screen Time shields for apps you choose during your wind-down window — a supporting habit tool, not the alarm itself.
Pick a wake time and commit to a morning you’ll actually keep.
Pick the mission you’ll finish to turn the alarm off.
Move, photograph, solve, or read. Then you’re up for real.
A few things worth knowing before you download.
Ryze has no snooze. Your alarm opens a mission — push-ups, a photo, math, a verse, and more — and only turns off once you finish it. Sliding to stop silences that one ring: with “Keep ringing until it’s done” on (the default), Ryze rings again seconds later, and keeps at it until the mission is done, for up to an hour.
Just your iPhone. Movement and photo missions use the camera with on-device Vision. Bible missions use the mic and Apple’s speech recognition (on-device when available). Nothing else required.
No. Camera challenges are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. Read-aloud missions use Apple speech recognition, which runs on-device when available; otherwise Apple may process recognition in the cloud. We don’t access your photo library for missions.
An optional productivity aid that uses Screen Time to shield apps you choose during your bedtime window. It’s separate from the mission alarm — scrolling doesn’t have to keep you up, but the core product is still waking up with a challenge.
Ryze is a Pro subscription through the App Store. New subscribers may get a free trial when one is offered, so you can try mission alarms and streaks before you’re charged. Manage or cancel anytime in Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Under two minutes. Grant permissions, set your first alarm, pick a mission, and you’re set for tomorrow morning.
